Marketing Manager – Residential Construction

Create Construction Inc., a boutique design-build firm based in Los Angeles, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute the full marketing strategy—from social media and website management to SEO, PPC, Google My Business, and innovative outreach campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving high-quality leads, elevating our brand presence, and building relationships with industry professionals.


This position is ideal for a self-starter with marketing experience in residential construction or related industries who thrives in a collaborative, business-minded environment. Flexible as part-time with potential to grow into a full-time role, this is a chance to make a measurable impact on a growing company while working directly with leadership.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase both the quantity and quality of leads.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms with consistent, engaging content.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, local GEO optimization, and Google My Business to ensure top search rankings.
  • Coordinate and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, and other platforms) for maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals (realtors, designers, architects, vendors) to generate referrals and collaborations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making and demonstrate results.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with company goals, brand voice, and project portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the residential construction, real estate, or design industry.
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Google My Business, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across channels.
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar) and coordinating with external vendors/marketing agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with industry professionals (realtors, architects, designers, and vendors).
  • Must reside in Los Angeles, CA, and be available for in-person meetings and local networking.
