Marketing Manager (Russian Speaker)

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and manage outsourced teams for our development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate development projects
• Lead and coordinate outsourced marketing specialists and agencies
• Plan digital and offline campaigns, including project launches and events
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and market trends
• Collaborate with PR, sales, and design teams to align messaging
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor contracts
• Act as the main point of contact for all external marketing partners

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or development
• Proven experience managing outsourced teams or agencies
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Russian language is preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-growing environment
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus
