We’re building a fast-growing SaaS platform designed for university students and early-career graduates. Our mission is to help young professionals navigate the transition from education to career with smarter tools and modern technology.

We’re early-stage, product-driven, and moving fast. Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own and scale user growth.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead growth, acquisition, and brand development.

This is not a corporate brand role. This is a scrappy, analytical, execution-focused position where you will build and run marketing systems from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founders and have real ownership over growth.

What You’ll Do

Growth & User Acquisition

  • Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Google)
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Test and iterate on messaging and creative
  • Build scalable acquisition funnels

Social & Content Strategy

  • Develop short-form content strategy (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
  • Build brand presence across student-relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with student influencers and creators
  • Drive organic growth loops

Campus & Community Growth

  • Design and launch campus ambassador programs
  • Partner with university societies and student organizations
  • Develop referral and viral growth initiatives

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own marketing analytics and reporting
  • Identify drop-off points in onboarding and conversion
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and messaging
  • Improve activation and retention metrics

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build onboarding email sequences
  • Launch re-engagement campaigns
  • Develop referral and retention campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS marketing
  • Experience running paid campaigns directly (not just managing agencies)
  • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data and dashboards)
  • Experience marketing to Gen Z or students is a big plus
  • Startup mindset — resourceful, fast, experimental
  • Clear communicator and strategic thinker
