All Seasons Cleaning Services is one of the fastest-growing exterior home services companies in Vancouver and Portland. We specialize in roofing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, painting, tree care, and more. As we expand, we’re seeking a marketing manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and local service advertising.
Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow local search rankings, optimize content, and improve website visibility.
- Google Ads & Local Service Ads: Manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads at a strong ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Content & Branding: Coordinate with the team on web content, blogs, and social posts to support SEO and lead generation.
- Reputation & Listings: Manage Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and local listings to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns (local service industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and lead tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $60,000–$100,000/year (depending on experience and performance)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
