We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Sitecore to manage and execute digital marketing projects for our client in Dubai. This role requires hands-on experience across digital channels, campaign management, analytics, and CRM operations, ensuring delivery of innovative and effective digital experiences.


This is an initial 12-month contract role, renewable depending on performance.


This role sits within the Marketing Department and reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the client’s online presence across multiple digital channels to achieve KPIs and drive engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing communications, including SEO/SEM, paid search, email, SMS, display advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Support website and app management, including backend tools setup (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) and technical support.
  • Track website performance, conversion rates, and optimize digital campaigns for results.
  • Manage internal and agency-led campaigns end-to-end, including content creation, landing pages, social media, and lead capture.
  • Lead CRM operations and integration with Salesforce, ensuring effective lead management and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and suggest improvements for user experience, SEO, content, and campaign effectiveness.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in marketing within the real estate sector. Middle East experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: paid media, social media, owned media, and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, CRM, CMS (Sitecore/Webflow preferred), and HTML development.
  • Proven track record in driving web traffic, engagement, leads, and campaign ROI.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and performance tracking.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative ideation, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines with a customer-first and digital-first mindset.
