Marketing Manager (Social Media)

Job Description:
Plutos One Technology Pvt. Ltd., a growing fintech company, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have around 1 year of experience and an MBA in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with business goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Around 1 year of social media or digital marketing experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,121.01 per month
