The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns.

- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, etc.)
- Oversee content creation across platforms, including websites, social media, and email.

- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

- Manage, mentor, and inspire members of the marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
