Marketing Manager - ( Sports Events )- Monthly Salary 15-20K

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on initiatives.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, etc.)
  • Oversee content creation across platforms, including websites, social media, and email.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage relationships with media, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire members of the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
  • Foster partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
