As the Tourism Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for making and executing our digital marketing/advertising plans and campaigns with the aim of attracting high-potential tourists.

To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding marketing skills to sell our services to potential customers. You will report directly to the Marketing and Communication Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing programs/plans that attract customers
  • Manage the department’s marketing budget
  • Supervise the tourism marketing team members
  • Oversee the design of marketing materials for our platforms (website and social media accounts)
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms
  • Collect industry data and use the insights to update our marketing strategies
  • Make daily schedule plans and allocate duties to team members

Requirements

  • Familiar with the Tourism industry with at least 2 years experience in Marketing, Tourism or Public Relations work
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites
  • Proficiency with digital data analysis tools, preferably Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software (CRM), for instance HubSpot and SalesForce
  • Ability to design and compose marketing materials/publications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
