Job responsibilities
Brand & Market Strategy
- Localize global Brand strategy into a clear annual Marketing & Communications plan aligned with Central guidelines.
- Define local priorities and roadmap; ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
- Track market/consumer/competitor trends and convert insights into growth and innovation opportunities.
- Lead integrated 360° campaigns (launches, seasonal activations, trade initiatives) with strong project governance.
- Manage development/localization of assets (CRM, BTL, in-store, print, social/content) with internal teams and agencies.
- Drive the promotional calendar across channels, ensuring excellent execution and brand consistency.
PR, Influence & Partnerships
- Deliver strategic PR and press plans to secure premium visibility and topicality.
- Build relationships with key media, celebrities, influencers, and opinion leaders; ensure locally relevant storytelling within global brand codes.
- Identify and activate partnerships/sponsorships aligned with Brand strategy and local market relevance.
Events & Retail Partnership
- Plan and execute customer, press, and trade events (VIP experiences, launches), managing budgets, suppliers, and post-event learnings.
- Partner with Sales and the store network to support client development initiatives and respond to marketing/CRM-related needs.
- Own the local marketing budget: allocate strategically, track spend/forecasts, optimize ROI, and adjust the initiatives calendar as required.
Profile
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business (Master’s a plus).
- 8–10+ years in Marketing & Communications, ideally in luxury (watches & jewelry preferred) or premium global brands.
- Strong experience leading 360° MARCOM (ATL/BTL, PR, events, digital, CRM) with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
