Position Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Kottayam(with travel across branch locations)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, field-oriented Marketing Manager to drive corporate tie-ups, execute marketing campaigns, and increase customer walk-ins across multiple branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily corporate visits and field marketing activities.
• Identify and convert corporate tie-ups; organize eye check-up camps and promotional programs.
• Drive customer walk-ins through targeted corporate and local marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
• Coordinate region-wise and branch-wise marketing activities across multiple branches.
• Track campaign performance, walk-ins, leads, and submit regular reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in field marketing or corporate marketing.
• Result-oriented mindset with ownership of targets and outcomes.
• Professional appearance and strong brand representation skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Compensation & Role Details:

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience).

Field-based role involving daily travel, corporate visits, and campaign execution.
