Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, BTL/ATL activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing plans with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage branding, store-level marketing activities, and customer engagement programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing deliverables.
• Track ROI of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of total experience with at least 5–8 years in Marketing & Sales within the Jewellery industry.
• Strong exposure to retail marketing, customer engagement, and brand building.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
