Job Opening: Marketing Manager
Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies both in the field and within office settings. This individual will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, ensuring seamless communication between the field teams and office-based personnel. The role involves a combination of fieldwork, such as event coordination, client interactions, and promotional activities, as well as office-based tasks like campaign analysis, content creation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to adapt to various environments.
Responsibilities:
Field Marketing:
1. Organize and execute on-site promotional events, including product demonstrations, pop-up shops, and sponsorships.
2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure the smooth execution of field marketing initiatives.
3. Engage with customers and prospects at events to promote brand awareness and gather feedback.
4. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples during field activities.
5. Collect and analyze data from field activities to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Office-Based Marketing:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
3. Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
5. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance metrics and insights.
6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead-generation activities.
2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotional efforts.
3. Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop marketing materials.
4. Participate in team meetings to brainstorm ideas, share updates, and discuss marketing strategies.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on both field and office environments.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
