Channel Sales Manager – Pakistan (Distributor Sales & C&I Inverter Projects – LV)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to oversee distributor sales and manage country-wide Commercial & Industrial (C&I) low-voltage inverter projects in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will lead channel development, strengthen partner relationships, and drive sales performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand the distributor network in Pakistan, ensuring strong sales performance and market coverage.

Drive country-wide C&I LV inverter project sales, including pipeline development, opportunity tracking, and project conversion.

Provide sales leadership and technical support to distributors, partners, and key accounts.

Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Monitor distributor performance, conduct regular reviews, and deliver training on products, sales processes, and market insights.

Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide product positioning and sales strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, and corporate customers involved in C&I solar/inverter projects.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and channel management procedures.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in solar/inverter sales, channel management, or business development.

Strong understanding of PV inverters, LV systems, and C&I project sales cycles.

Proven track record of managing distributors and driving market growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel frequently across Pakistan.

Fluency in English; Urdu is a plus.
