Marketing & Media Coordinator

As our Content & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in shaping how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll help plan, create, and distribute content across multiple channels, support marketing campaigns from idea to execution, and keep everything organized and on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both creativity and strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, email, blogs, and other marketing channels
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and launches
• Manage content calendars and help keep projects moving on schedule
• Write, edit, and repurpose content to match our brand voice
• Collaborate with team members, partners, or creators as needed
• Track basic performance metrics and help identify what’s working (and what’s not)
• Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• A strong communicator with a love for storytelling and branding
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented (you make things run smoothly)
• Creative thinker who also enjoys structure and follow-through
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with the role
• Experience in content creation or marketing is great—but passion and potential matter just as much

Bonus Points If You Have

• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing platforms or scheduling tools
• An eye for trends and what captures attention online
