About MCG Yachts
MCG Yachts is a fast-growing company in the yachting industry focused on yacht sales, client experience, and the behind-the-scenes execution that makes high-end deals happen.
We’re building our marketing team and looking for a proactive, organized Marketing Coordinator who wants hands-on experience and real responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Support the weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate photo/video content needs: schedules, shoot days, assets, approvals, and deadlines
- Publish and organize content (captions, basic formatting, uploads, scheduling)
- Assist with email marketing and CRM tasks in HubSpot (lists, basic emails, forms, updates)
- Support marketing campaigns for yacht listings, events, and brand partnerships
- Track and report campaign performance using HubSpot CRM and platform analytics (leads, traffic sources, email metrics, and conversions), and help turn results into weekly insights and next steps
- Ensure campaigns are tracked correctly (basic UTMs, forms, source attribution) to measure results
- Work closely with the sales team leadership, designers, editors, and creators to keep projects moving and delivered on time
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (able to speak confidently with sales team, clients, and manufacturer partners)
- Outgoing and professional personality: comfortable building relationships, following up, and working cross-functionally
- Self-starter mindset: able to learn quickly, take initiative, and move projects forward with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: able to manage deadlines, checklists, and multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting priorities as needed
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content formats (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Bonus: HubSpot/CRM exposure, Canva, basic video editing, or experience in luxury/hospitality/real estate/yachting environments
