Position Overview

We are seeking a energetic self starter to lead marketing initiatives, member engagement programs, and community outreach. This role is critical in driving membership growth and retention, building our brand presence, and ensuring that both national and local campaigns are executed effectively.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience in multi-channel marketing, digital platforms, and event planning. If you thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Execute overall marketing plan and specific campaigns: Coordinate with Snap National Marketing Planners and create Local Marketing Planners. Oversee campaigns across digital, in-club, and community channels.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and run promotions, ads, and outreach through GymSales, Glofox, websites, social media, and local events.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage monthly content calendars, websites, landing pages, Google Business Profiles, and social channels (Instagram, Facebook). Maintain posting schedules for both Snap corporate and local organic content
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Build targeted campaigns for prospects, members, and former members. Manage newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop B2B relationships and sponsorships to expand reach and benefits for members.
  • Events & In-Club Marketing: Plan and promote in-club events to strengthen retention and attract new leads.
  • Member Engagement: Partner with the Club Managers and Director of Operations to enhance the member journey (welcome messages, 30/60-day check-ins, anniversaries, birthdays). Monitor and act on feedback through the Medallia customer experience platform.
  • Budget & Reporting: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and provide performance reports with data-driven recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, OR
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, digital media, or community engagement
  • Fitness industry experience a plus
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising (including Google and Meta Advertising).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
