Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive (with Photography Skills)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive with strong photography and social media management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, managing our social media presence, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns for company projects and services.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of company projects, products, and events.
• Edit and enhance photos/videos for use across digital and print platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop engaging content, captions, and strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors to implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate inquiries and leads through online platforms.
• Assist in the design and preparation of brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Report on marketing performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation.
• Strong skills in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling ability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
