Marketing Officer (only Male)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Golchha Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Executive to drive leads for construction works for industrial projects, plot development, hospitals, schools & college construction via social media & networking in Raipur.  Since the work will involve extensive travel in industrial and property development areas, we prefer only male applicants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads for construction works related to industrial civil works, plot development works, hospital/school/college projects
• Run Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn campaigns (content, reels, ads)
• Market research on Raipur tenders & plot allotments
• Client networking with developers, architects, contractors
• Create brochures/presentations; arrange site visits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: MBA Marketing / Civil Engineering
• Hindi/English communication
• Social media (content/ads/analytics)
• MS Office/CRM, Networking & lead generation
• Construction terminology knowledge

Rs. 15,000 – 25,000 per month (negotiable at interview) + EPF & ESIC
