Marketing Officer (Paints)

Anwar Khawaja Industries is looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Officer (Paints) to promote and expand the company’s paint products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing clients, and increasing market share.

The ideal candidate must have experience in paint sales/marketing and strong market networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market company paint products in assigned areas
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and retailers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits and generate new business leads
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports
• Coordinate with production and accounts departments regarding orders and payments
• Ensure timely recovery of payments from customers
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Market knowledge of paint industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Reporting and documentation skills
• MS Office proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience in paint industry
• Strong dealer network in local market

Salary will be finalized after the interview based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
