Marketing Officer / Social Media In-Charge

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop content related to the beauty industry, salon set up, & restaurant
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Manage and optimize social media pages regularly
• Run and monitor paid ads (Meta/Facebook & Instagram preferred)
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Assist with website updates, google business, and email campaigns

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with operations & sales teams
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• ⁠Create & support promotions, launches, and special offers

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• ⁠1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
• ⁠Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• ⁠Advanced understanding of digital ads, analytics, and SEO
• Very ⁠Good communication and writing skills in English and Tagalog languages

Preferred

• ⁠Experience in beauty industry, interior, lifestyle, or retail industry
• ⁠Knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
• ⁠Excellent Videography, Video Editing skills & Graphic Design
• ⁠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
