Full-Spectrum Marketing Executive

The responsibility of planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing activities across online and offline channels. The role focuses on brand building, lead generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and website
  • Manage social media calendars, content posting, and engagement
  • Coordinate SEO, SEM, and website content updates
  • Track digital campaign performance and prepare reports

Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors
  • Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns

Offline & Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate print materials, POS displays, and promotional collaterals
  • Support events, exhibitions, activations, and in-store promotions
  • Liaise with sales teams for marketing support

Content & Creative Support

  • Assist in content creation for social media, website, and emailers
  • Coordinate photo shoots, videos, and influencer activities
  • Proofread and ensure accuracy of marketing materials

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Collect customer insights and feedback
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain marketing calendars and budgets
  • Track ROI, leads, and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
