Position Summary

Zoom Imports is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Operations Lead to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, sales performance, and operational excellence for its activewear business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, leading digital and e-commerce initiatives, optimizing business operations, and supporting commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building and go-to-market strategies.

Establish positioning and growth plans for activewear product categories.

Manage marketing calendars, campaign planning, and product launches.

Digital Marketing & Performance Growth

Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, influencer, and content channels.

Manage customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

E-Commerce & Retail Operations

Oversee e-commerce operations and online sales performance.

Coordinate inventory planning, order fulfillment, and customer experience initiatives.

Support expansion into retail, marketplace, and distribution channels.

Sales & Channel Development

Develop sales forecasts and commercial growth strategies.

Identify new distribution, partnership, and retail opportunities.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve revenue generation and market penetration.

Business Operations

Design and implement operational processes and performance metrics.

Drive efficiency improvements across supply chain, customer service, and internal operations.

Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related discipline.

5–8+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, or business operations.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition.

Experience managing online and offline sales channels.

Analytical mindset with strong project management capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
