Quick Overview: This is a dynamic, hybrid Operations and Technology role at SEED Global Education, blending hands-on platform management and technical expertise with essential operational logistics and communication. The successful candidate will be the key operational driver, ensuring the flawless execution of all virtual and in-person events and optimizing the efficiency of core business platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Platform & Technical Ownership:
- Serve as the expert and owner for event platforms (FormsCraft, Accelevents, Zoom) and CRM system (HubSpot), handling setup, testing, integration, and live execution.
- Build and maintain automated data synchronization workflows between event platforms and HubSpot CRM.
- Develop custom scripts and API integrations using Node.js to automate event data flows and eliminate manual processes.
- Manage platform configurations, user permissions, form logic, custom fields, and workflow automations.
- Design and implement data pipelines for registration, attendance, engagement, and follow-up data in real-time.
2) Event Data & Workflow Management:
- Own end-to-end event data workflows from registration through post-event follow-up and reporting.
- Create standardized event data structures, naming conventions, and automated communication workflows.
- Manage HubSpot lists, segments, workflows, and lead scoring based on event participation.
- Ensure data integrity across all systems; resolve discrepancies and implement validation rules.
- Coordinate data handoffs to sales, marketing, and advising teams with proper tracking.
3) Operational Excellence & Troubleshooting:
- Manage all technical and logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution for participants.
- Act as primary troubleshooter for technical issues during live events; apply problem solver mindset to optimize workflows.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions. Document technical processes, platform configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
4) Communication & Data Insights:
- Draft clear, confident communications for candidates, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and generate actionable reports on registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics.
- Create dashboards and automated reports to track event performance and ROI.
- Translate technical concepts into simple language for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in operations, technical support, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with event management platforms and CRM systems.
