Marketing Operations Coordinator

Overview:
HRchitect is a leading HR technology consulting firm. For over 25 years, we have helped organizations worldwide evaluate, select, implement, and support HR technology systems. Our fully remote company is expanding, and our marketing team has an opening for a full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain brand template and assets (PPT, social media graphics, PDFs).
  • Create and deploy LinkedIn posts around HRchitect’s brand services, culture and important recognition (holidays, events, promotions, milestones).
  • Coordinate enablement activities for new employees, such as welcome emails and branded welcome boxes.
  • Serve as the administrator for our internal headshot program.
  • Create and maintain all consultant bios.
  • Complete regular website maintenance and updates as directed by Marketing Management.
  • Serve as the administrator of HRchitect’s Raven program.
  • Serve as the lead on internal communications, such as HRchitect’s internal bi-weekly newsletter and other announcements as needed.
  • Manage internal client testimonial program.
  • Support content development and information sharing for internal communications and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project management boards utilizing HRchitect’s internal tool.
  • Management of HRchitect’s branded apparel store.
  • Produce monthly employee spotlights, interviews, and articles.
  • Monitor and delegate emails associated with the departmental marketing inbox.
  • Administration and promotion of third-party award programs.
  • Monitor and manage branded inventory.
  • Oversight of shipments for events.
  • Contribute to a cohesive company culture and build cross-functional connections.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing co-branded or partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work from a remote home office in North America.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • High comfort level with digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, WordPress, Canva, PowerPoint, Office 365, Salesforce, and project management platforms.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR technology or HR processes (payroll, time and attendance, talent management, etc.) is preferred.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to create structure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Individual contributor expected to participate in initiatives.
  • Ability to build strong relationships interdepartmentally and across the organization.
  • Participation in cultural activities.
  • Team player and able to help out.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidential personnel or organizational information.
