Job Details

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the team on a part-time REMOTE basis. This role provides essential support to our marketing merger process.

Hours: 10-20 hours per week, with at least half of these hours during normal business hours (ET)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and audit shared files in Box.com to track incoming assets
  • Flag missing or incomplete information and inform team members
  • Coordinate task management across Box.com, Asana and Smartsheet
  • Review headshot photos in Adobe Photoshop to verify quality standards
  • Maintain digital asset libraries
  • Collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
  • Experience navigating and managing files within Box.com
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic WordPress skills to edit pages
  • Experience in corporate or professional services industries
  • Experience with mergers, rebranding initiatives or marketing transitions in a PLUS
  • Prior experience supporting a marketing, communications or branding team is highly preferred
