KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end project management for launches, renovations, promotions, and NRM initiatives.
Align stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
Manage workflows, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.
Track progress, flag delays, and ensure accountability to KPIs.
Act as central contact for updates, risks, and decisions.
Drive continuous improvement by removing process bottlenecks.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum Bachelors
1-2 Years of experience
Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in FMCG.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
