Eat Smart is a wellness-focused brand offering high-quality, healthy products (honey, desi ghee, shilajit and more). We are part of Kinetic Kube, a creative and digital agency working with local and international brands in food, fashion and e-commerce.

We’re looking for a hands-on intern who can support us with on-site Eat Smart operations, AI-based content creation, and day-to-day social media tasks.

Marketing Intern JD

Role Overview

This is a learning-focused, multi-tasking role. You will:

• Be on-ground at the Eat Smart office for day-to-day tasks
• Help with basic operations (orders, packaging support, coordination)
• Create simple AI-based videos and Canva posts with guidance
• Support our social media manager with content and community tasks

Key Responsibilities

1. Eat Smart On-Site Support & Operations

• Assist in preparing and organising orders (labelling, packing support, checking details).
• Coordinate with riders/couriers for pickups and deliveries where needed.
• Help keep inventory shelves organised and highlight low-stock items to the team.
• Assist in maintaining simple sheets (orders, stock, basic reports).

2. AI Content & Video Creation

• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, TopView (training will be provided) to:
• Create simple product videos, reels, stories and basic explainers.
• Turn scripts provided by the team into vertical videos (Reels/Shorts).
• Make basic creatives (product posts, quote posts, offers, FAQs, etc.).
• Support in creating UGC-style content for Eat Smart (behind-the-scenes, packing videos, etc.).

3. Social Media & Marketing Support

• Assist the social media manager with:
• Scheduling posts on Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / LinkedIn.
• Replying to basic comments/DMs as per brand guidelines.
• Collecting content from the office (product shots, packing clips, etc.).
• Help in maintaining content calendars and tracking which content is posted. Marketing Intern JD

4. Research & Reporting

• Do simple competitor and market research (see what other wellness/food brands are doing).
• Keep an eye on trends relevant to Eat Smart and share ideas for content.
• Assist in basic reporting on posts, reach and engagement (simple Excel/Sheets). Marketing Intern JD

Requirements

Education

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or related field (not mandatory if you’re a strong self-learner). Marketing Intern JD

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in social media, AI tools and digital marketing.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable speaking on phone and WhatsApp when needed (Urdu required; basic English preferred).
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn and take feedback.

Technical Skills (Nice to Have – Training Will Be Provided)

• Basic Canva skills (posts, stories, simple edits).
• Basic video editing using CapCut / VN / Canva.
• Exposure to any AI tools like HeyGen, TopView, Pictory, or AI chat tools (ChatGPT, etc.).

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: On-site at Siddique Trade Centre, Gulberg, Lahore (Eat Smart office).
• Timings:
• Monday to Friday: approx. 10:00 AM – 700 PM
• Occasional Saturday or event days if needed (with prior notice).

(You can adjust timings in Indeed if you want it slightly shorter for interns.)

Stipend & Growth

• Stipend: Rs. 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on skills, availability and performance).
• Strong performers may be considered for a permanent junior role with a higher salary after the internship.
