Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role is critical for conducting market analytics, managing customer segmentation, and developing brand management strategies. The manager will also monitor brand performance and equity, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
Market Analytics and Customer Segmentation:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

Develop detailed customer segmentation strategies to inform targeted marketing initiatives.

Utilize data analytics tools to track market performance and customer behavior, providing insights for strategic decisions.
Brand Management Strategy and Presence in the Market:

Develop and implement brand management strategies that support the company’s objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Establish brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing efforts.

Oversee and enhance the company’s brand presence across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand identity.
Brand Development and Brand-Building Activities:

Create and execute brand development plans that include promotional activities, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Organize and manage brand-building campaigns that increase awareness and drive customer loyalty.
Execute Marketing Strategies & Activities:

Implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messages.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and address customer needs.

Engage with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives and brand visibility.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing operations and initiatives.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on brand performance, marketing activities, and areas for improvement.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Certifications in marketing operations is desirable.
Knowledge and Experiences:

10+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that enhance brand presence.
Skills:

Language: Arabic, English (Fluent).

Computer: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
