Marketing & Operations Officer

We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will handle marketing, customer service, e-commerce, and general operations tasks to help our gallery run smoothly and grow its online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage advertising posts for social media platforms using editing tools
• Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media, providing excellent service
• Organize gallery activities, events, and campaigns
• Support basic business accounting and e-commerce operations
• Maintain and update digital content on our website or online store

Requirements:

• Skilled in editing tools for social media ads
• Strong English communication & customer service skills
• Able to organize gallery activities/events
• Basic knowledge of business accounting, e-commerce, and computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
