Marketing & Partner Engagement Manager – North America

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive partner engagement, event initiatives, and demand-generation activities across North America. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong business development exposure, solid digital marketing understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with our technology partners to plan and execute joint marketing activities.

Create draft content for partner-aligned marketing materials and support partner-driven campaigns.

Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and partner events.

Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, capture leads and follow-up activities to ensure successful events.

Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to gather required materials.

Ensure timely delivery of brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets.

Validate and qualify incoming leads from campaigns and events.

Share qualified leads with the sales team and support follow-up activities.

Assist with digital marketing tasks such as emails, social posts, and landing pages.

Work closely with the Business Development team to support their marketing needs.

Help prepare sales decks, partner presentations, and marketing collateral.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field.

Proven experience managing partner relationships and executing collaborative marketing initiatives.

Strong event planning and coordination background.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead validation processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business development teams and technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with major technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, AWS, SAP etc.).

Understanding of demand generation, marketing analytics, and lead scoring.

Ability to create or guide marketing content development.
