Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and synthesize marketing‑related information from internal departments, reports, historical campaigns, audience data, and relevant external benchmarks.
- Assess existing marketing and communication activities, materials, and audience behavior to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Translate insights and analysis into structured planning inputs to support evidence‑based decision making.
- Support the development of annual and multi‑year marketing and communication plans, content calendars, and campaign frameworks aligned with corporate strategy.
- Contribute to defining audience segments, marketing objectives, and key messaging frameworks in line with approved communication strategy and brand positioning.
- Prepare planning documents, schedules, briefs, and analytical materials to support coordination, approvals, and executive reviews.
- Coordinate with PR\&C and other departments to align marketing plans with corporate initiatives, operational requirements, and institutional priorities.
- Consolidate planning inputs and stakeholder requirements into clear, structured recommendations for review and approval.
- Act as a central planning coordination point to ensure coherence and alignment across marketing and communication initiatives.
- Review campaign concepts, content drafts, and visual materials to ensure alignment with marketing objectives, brand standards, and approved messaging.
- Provide planning‑level input to strengthen storytelling, audience targeting, message clarity, and overall campaign positioning.
- Support planning‑level advisory on digital channels, platform selection, content formats, and audience engagement approaches as required.
- Assist in interpreting digital metrics, audience behavior, and performance indicators to inform planning and optimization recommendations.
- Provide analysis and planning support to evaluate campaign effectiveness and contribute to lessons‑learned and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the integration of reputation, stakeholder sensitivity, and risk considerations into marketing and communication planning activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized planning templates, calendars, documentation, and best practices.
- Support knowledge transfer by documenting planning methodologies, processes, and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing planning, brand strategy, corporate communication planning, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing structured marketing plans, content calendars, and campaign frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, reports, and marketing insights.
- Understanding of digital channels, audience segmentation, integrated campaign planning, and marketing performance measurement.
- Ability to evaluate creative outputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic / English preferred).
- Proven ability to work across departments, manage stakeholder input, and support executive decision making.
