Marketing & PR Head — Key Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing, branding, and PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify market opportunities, target segments, and positioning strategies.

2. Brand Management

  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
  • Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and events to enhance brand equity.
  • Conduct regular brand health assessments and competitor benchmarking.

3. Public Relations & Media Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee all press releases, media interviews, public statements, and crisis communications.
  • Manage earned media coverage, press conferences, and public-facing announcements.

4. Content, Communication & Messaging

  • Direct the creation of all marketing content, including digital assets, campaigns, collaterals, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee storytelling for brand narratives and leadership communications.

5. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Drive digital strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
  • Track and improve digital KPIs including reach, conversion, and engagement.
  • Oversee digital advertising budgets and optimization.

6. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and PR channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

7. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, HR, and leadership teams to support organizational goals.
  • Provide marketing support for internal initiatives such as employer branding and internal communications.

8. Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Develop and implement crisis communication protocols.
  • Act as a key spokesperson or prepare leadership for public communications.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage sensitive PR issues.

9. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics for campaigns, brand health, PR coverage, and digital channels.
  • Present insights to management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure marketing decisions are data-driven and outcome-focused.

10. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor marketing, design, PR, and digital teams.
  • Manage external agencies, PR firms, creative vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
