Soul Pantry is a fast-growing, better-for-you snack brand on a mission to help people Snack Soulfully. We create high-protein, feel-good snacks for a bold, energetic community that loves flavor, fitness, and lifestyle.

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and execution-driven Marketing & PR Intern to join our team and grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, influencer marketing, brand events, and fast-paced startup culture. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage creators, and help bring Soul Pantry experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1️ Social Media Management

  • Assist in planning and scheduling Instagram, TikTok, and other social media content
  • Write captions aligned with Soul Pantry’s tone of voice
  • Monitor DMs and comments and ensure timely engagement
  • Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)
  • Research trends, viral formats, and Gen-Z content ideas
  • Coordinate with designers for post requirements

2️ Influencer & Creator Coordination

  • Identify and reach out to relevant UGC creators and influencers
  • Maintain and update creator database
  • Coordinate product seeding and campaign briefs
  • Track deliverables and posting timelines
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Help negotiate basic barter collaborations
  • Maintain relationships with micro and mid-tier creators

3️ PR & Brand Partnerships

  • Assist in drafting PR outreach emails
  • Coordinate gifting to influencers, media, and partners
  • Support in building media lists
  • Help manage brand collaborations
  • Track PR coverage and mentions

4️ Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in planning and executing brand events (pop-ups, gym activations, lifestyle events, Soulsome Club events, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners
  • Support event logistics (sampling kits, branding materials, standee placements, etc.)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media
  • Assist in post-event reporting

Requirement:

  • Strong interest in marketing, PR, or brand building
  • Pursuing a bachelors/masters degree in the marketing field
  • Active on Instagram and TikTok (understands trends)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable coordinating with creators and vendors
  • Basic understanding of Canva or design tools is a plus
  • Passion for food, fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands
  • Available to assist in events (flexible hours when required)
