Marketing & PR Manager

About the Role:

SparksLab Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced female Marketing & PR Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and management of a high-profile entertainment experience launching in Dubai.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, understands the UAE market, and can independently drive impactful results across all marketing and public relations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full 360° Marketing & PR plan for the event.
• Handle all press releases, media relations, and event publicity.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns – from shortlisting to execution.
• Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Drive sponsorship outreach and secure brand partnerships.
• Oversee social media content calendars, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking.
• Liaise with mall management, media platforms, and activation vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for all media and marketing inquiries.
• Prepare weekly marketing performance reports and budget updates.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Event Promotion in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local and regional media & influencer landscape.
• Proven track record in brand partnerships / sponsorship acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
• Confident in managing projects independently from strategy to execution.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Available to start immediately and commit to the full contract duration.
