The Role

We are seeking a Marketing & PR Manager to tell our Resort story with clarity and beauty.

What You’ll Do

- Create and implement a marketing calendar

- Manage social media, content, and digital presence

- Oversee listings on aggregator platforms with curated updates

- Build media relationships with travel, design, and lifestyle outlets

- Execute PR campaigns, press kits, and brand stories

- Collaborate on photo, video, and design content

- Track campaign performance and optimise strategy

- Lead partnerships and collaborations

- Organise curated events and gatherings

- Report insights monthly to founders

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or design-led marketing

- Strong PR network across travel and lifestyle media

- Ability to balance strategy with creativity

- Skilled in social media, email marketing, and aggregator platforms

- Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Tech-savvy with analytics and scheduling tools

- Based in or willing to relocate to Goa or Mumbai
