As the brand continues to expand globally, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing & PR Manager to drive our next phase of growth and elevate our global presence while celebrating our Dubai heritage.
Role Overview:
The Marketing & PR Manager will lead Carter & White’s global brand storytelling, communications, and marketing strategy. This role combines creativity with commercial acumen — blending brand-building, content creation, PR, and digital performance to ensure the brand achieves both awareness and growth across key markets.
The ideal candidate will be a brand custodian — passionate about luxury, culture, and innovation — with proven experience positioning premium or luxury brands internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing;
• Develop and execute a 360° marketing strategy aligned with Carter & White’s global ambitions.
• Define and manage annual marketing and communication plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — product, retail, digital, packaging, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to align marketing activations with product launches and seasonal storytelling.
Public Relations & Communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders in fashion, lifestyle, and business.
• Develop a proactive global PR strategy to position Carter & White as a leading luxury brand from Dubai.
• Lead press outreach, media placements, and event partnerships to drive brand visibility.
• Oversee production of press materials, look books, brand stories, and corporate communications.
Digital Marketing & Content
• Oversee brand’s digital ecosystem — website, social media, newsletters, and paid media.
• Develop engaging content strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury DNA and global relevance.
• Manage collaborations with digital agencies, photographers, and content creators.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Events & Partnerships
• Plan and execute high-impact brand events, trunk shows, and pop-ups in key markets.
• Build strategic brand partnerships aligned with Carter & White’s positioning and values.
• Represent the brand at industry events, fashion weeks, and luxury gatherings.
Profile Requirements;
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Brand Communications within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong network of media, influencer, and industry contacts regionally (GCC) and internationally.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling and consumer behavior.
• Experience in managing global campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Arabic or French a plus).
• Creative, analytical, and culturally attuned — capable of building bridges between Dubai and the global luxury audience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
