We are seeking a relationship-driven, polished marketing professional to serve as the external face of our dental specialty practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves building trust, representing a high-quality specialty practice, and turning strong professional relationships into sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists, hygienists, and dental teams
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the practice and referring offices
  • Conduct referral office visits and represent the practice at dental and community events
  • Coordinate study clubs, CE events, and professional education initiatives
  • Manage website updates, SEO, and social media (1–3 posts/week)
  • Track referral activity, marketing efforts, and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and brand consistency
  • Visit local dental offices in person on a regular basis to make deliveries and maintain referral relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing, communications, website management, event planning, or relationship management
  • Dental knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Professional, confident, and comfortable representing a dental specialty practice
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field. This is a hybrid position where the right candidate would be doing admin work from home but spend much of their time in the field visiting offices.
  • Proficient with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and social media platforms

Our surgical practice is located in Asheville, NC. We are professional, thorough and driven our goal is to provide an excellent experience to each patient that walks in our door giving them the best in dental specialty care. We are a surgical specialty office and we work with general dental practices throughout the WNC area.

Typical Schedule: Monday-Thursday. Please note schedule is dictated by practice and referring office needs. Some evening and weekend hours will be needed on occasion. This is a hybrid position where the right candidate will have the ability to do admin work from home and spend much of their time visiting offices in person in the Asheville area. Reliable transportation is essential.
