This role owns end-to-end event logistics and promotion—including pre-event campaigns, onsite content capture, and post-event follow-up coordination—while also supporting sales enablement collateral, webinar operations, marketing emails, and SEO-informed content. 1.1 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Trade shows & events (primary focus)

  • Own event execution end-to-end: event calendar, timelines, booth needs, shipping, vendor coordination, staff schedules, and day-of logistics for up to 5 tradeshows in 2026.
  • Pre-event promotion (emails, social, simple landing pages where needed)
  • Onsite content capture (photos, short clips, stories to repurpose)
  • Post-event follow-up coordination with Sales (lead lists, tasks, nurture emails)
  • Track basic event performance (leads, meetings, key learnings) and recommend improvements for future shows.

Social media & content programs (always-on)

  • Own the social calendar and weekly posting cadence (planning, drafting, scheduling, and reporting)
  • Create/repurpose content from events, webinars, product updates, and customer/partner stories

Sales enablement & collateral

  • Update and create customer-facing collateral for Sales and customer-facing teams (one-pagers, product sheets, flyers, simple decks, signage).
  • Maintain a clean, searchable library of approved assets with clear version control.

Content Creation

  • Run webinar logistics end-to-end: scheduling, registration setup, speaker coordination, run-of-show, reminders, follow-up, and on-demand publishing
  • Build and send marketing emails (event promos, newsletters, product updates, education content)
  • Write and publish SEO-informed blog posts and supporting content (with guidance on priorities)
