The Director of Product Marketing, Global Data & AI GTM plays a critical role in equipping our worldwide sales organization with the clarity, guidance, and insight required to win in the rapidly evolving Data and AI landscape. This role converts real seller and customer feedback into field-ready enablement, accelerates adoption of Sales Plays and messaging, and drives strong alignment between product strategy and frontline execution. As a central connection point between the field and the Database Cloud Product Marketing team, the Lead shapes launches, competitive positioning, objection handling, and storytelling for Data and AI solutions.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of business skills. Demonstrated product marketing and go-to-market experience with passion for technology selling/marketing. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. 7 years technology/industry experience and BS/MBA degree.
