Maryland Eye Care Center is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand, patient outreach, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategy and execution—someone who can plan, create, and manage impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen patient trust, grow visibility, and reflect our commitment to excellence in eye care.

This role requires a hands-on marketing professional with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with physicians, management, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a consistent patient experience across all touchpoints.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies to promote our ophthalmology services, providers, and optical offerings.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely updates on new services, physicians, and initiatives.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments.
  • Support community outreach, referral programs, and educational events that enhance the practice’s visibility.

Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Design and produce visual content—graphics, videos, and brochures—for digital and print platforms using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar tools.
  • Manage the center’s social media presence, including planning, posting, and engaging with followers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling storytelling that communicates patient success, physician expertise, and practice highlights in an authentic and visually appealing way.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials, campaigns, and digital channels.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Plan and execute email and newsletter campaigns that engage patients and referral partners.
  • Track performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, preparing monthly performance reports and insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data and trend analysis to refine future campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Serve as liaison between leadership, creative vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with goals.
  • Draft proposals, recap notes, and follow-up communications to maintain alignment across initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships for printing, advertising, and media partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare marketing; ophthalmology or medical practice experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Visually creative with a strong sense of design, layout, and brand storytelling.
