Marketing Project Manager

We are scaling fast and seek a sharp, highly organized Project Manager to join our team in Dubai (onsite). You will lead the execution of marketing and business projects across departments.

You will:

• Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects from start to finish with precision
• Identify the key person or department for each task and assign responsibilities accordingly
• Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows across multiple departments
• Follow up and track tasks across departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and all internal teams to prioritize and align goals
• Monitor deadlines, anticipate challenges, and clear any roadblocks to progress
• Ensure team members are briefed, accountable, and working efficiently
• Proofread content and materials to maintain high English standards
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of assets
• Understand how marketing campaigns and digital assets flow across design, content, performance, and tech teams
• Keep detailed documentation and reporting on all ongoing and completed projects

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing metrics is required.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager highly preferable (any specialization)
• Experience in project management within a marketing agency is a plus
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools
• You are based in Dubai and can work onsite
