Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager with strong experience in marketing technology and campaign execution. The PM will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that campaigns, platforms, and integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable results. This role requires a mix of project management expertise, technical know-how, and marketing operations understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership – Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end marketing technology projects (website builds, CRM/automation implementations, campaign tracking, data integrations, analytics setup, etc.).
• Marketing Technology Management – Oversee the integration and optimization of platforms such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, design, development, and data teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Requirements Gathering – Translate marketing needs into detailed technical requirements for developers and technical stakeholders.
• Process Optimization – Develop and implement workflows for campaign execution, reporting, and QA.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Reporting & Analytics – Track project status, campaign performance, and ROI against defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing technology, digital campaigns, or MarTech implementation.
• Strong knowledge of marketing platforms
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, data integrations, tagging, and tracking.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
