Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support outreach, phone communication, and onboarding of local businesses.

This is a remote, phone-based role where you’ll help introduce business owners to our platform, guide them through a quick demo, and assist with getting them set up.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to Minnesota business owners
• Explain our platform in a clear, simple way
• Help guide business owners through a quick demo
• Assist with onboarding (getting them live on the map)
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Track activity and basic notes

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone + basic computer use)
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive
• Able to learn quickly and take direction
• Minnesota-based or familiar with Minnesota preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Sales, customer service, or marketing experience
• Experience with phone outreach or support roles
• Interest in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship

Growth Opportunity

This role can transition into a commission-based Marketing Growth Partner role with significantly higher earning potential (up to $100K+ annually) based on performance.

Pay: $47,373.58 - $57,052.05 per year
