Role Objective
Lead and manage the marketing and sales ecosystem during critical growth phases, establishing a
practical and effective system that ensures the achievement of sales targets, improves lead quality,
and accelerates decision-making during the early stages of real estate projects.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the marketing team (content, paid advertising, and digital campaigns)

Direct supervision of paid advertising across platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others),
including performance analysis and optimization to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Manage and guide the sales team, establishing daily and weekly follow-up mechanisms

Build, activate, and monitor the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth lead flow

Define sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track achievement consistently

Analyze the customer journey, identify gaps in marketing and sales processes, and address them
promptly.

Improve lead quality and reduce advertising waste

Prepare clear, periodic reports for senior management, including recommendations and required
decisions.

Work intensively during the initial phases to establish strong foundations for the marketing and
sales systems.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales

Proven experience in managing marketing and sales teams

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems

Direct experience in paid advertising and data analysis

Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to intervene quickly and improve performance
-
Deep understanding of the residential and investment real estate market
