Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Country Head to lead and oversee our nationwide marketing and sales operations within the garment industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage country-wide sales and marketing teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all channels
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and distribution networks
- Strengthen brand presence through effective campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in export markets and international business
- Strong industry network in garments/textiles
- Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
