Marketing & Sales Country Head – Garment Industry

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Country Head to lead and oversee our nationwide marketing and sales operations within the garment industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage country-wide sales and marketing teams
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all channels
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and distribution networks
  • Strengthen brand presence through effective campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in export markets and international business
  • Strong industry network in garments/textiles
  • Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
