Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and help us secure both government and private projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new clients, including individuals, businesses, designers, and government departments.

Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns online and offline.

Research, prepare, and submit tenders, proposals, and project documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

Track leads and provide regular business development reports.

Qualifications:
Experience in construction, interior design, or related industries.

Knowledge of government tenders and procurement processes is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary starting at 4000 depends on experince plus bouns per project.
