Marketing & Sales Executive

Position Overview

Are you a highly capable and strategic Marketing Executive who has independently run and

scaled entire marketing and sales departments?

The ideal candidate we are looking for must be hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced in

leveraging AI tools and modern marketing technologies to drive growth, efficiency, and

performance. Can identify, hire, train and build a well-functioning Team of producers. Can set

revenue goals for sales and achieve them.

This role requires both strategic leadership and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Department Leadership

• Build, manage, and lead the marketing and sales departments
• Develop and execute a complete marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Set KPIs, track performance, and report results to leadership
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI

Strategic Growth & Branding

• Develop brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Identify new growth opportunities and customer segments
• Oversee brand consistency across all channels

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Oversee SEO, email marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Optimize lead generation and customer acquisition funnels

AI & Marketing Technology

• Implement and utilize AI tools for content creation, automation, analytics, and campaign

optimization

• Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Use data analytics and AI-driven insights to improve performance and decision-making
• Continuously explore new AI-driven marketing innovations

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Hire, mentor, and managing marketing and sales team members
• Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience running a marketing and sales departments independently
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance campaigns
• Experience using AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics platforms, AI ad optimization tools)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Must have state of the art equipment’s to work from

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
