We are currently looking for Experienced Calibration Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calibration of the instruments and equipment of our clients to ensure they remain accurate and compliant with relevant calibration standards.
Job Description:
- The Marketing Executive will generate and develop business for calibration services and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, etc.) by visiting industrial units, meeting decision-makers, understanding their compliance needs, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily industrial visits in assigned areas (Vapi GIDC Ph1/2/3, Sarigam, Pardi, Umbergaon, etc.) as per route and visit targets.
- Identify potential customers for calibration (instruments, lab equipment, process instruments) and ISO certification/upgrade requirements.
- Generate enquiries by meeting Owners, Plant Heads, QA/QC Heads, Maintenance and EHS teams.
Explain company services:
- Calibration scope and periodic calibration needs
- ISO implementation, documentation and audit support
- AMC / annual calibration and certification packages.
- Coordinate with internal technical team to prepare quotes and proposals, submit to client and follow up till closure.
- Maintain daily visit tracker (in Google Sheet/CRM) with details of visits, interest level (Hot/Warm/Cold), next action, and expected closure date.
- Achieve monthly targets for visits, hot leads, proposals and closures as agreed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat calibration and additional ISO standards (add-on certifications).
- Collect market intelligence: competitor offerings, pricing, customer feedback and share with management weekly.
- Support occasional seminars / awareness programs with associations (Vapi, Sarigam, Umbergaon, etc.) by inviting prospects and attending events.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc./DIPLOMA/Engineering preferred). Exposure to industrial / technical / QA environment is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in B2B field sales / industrial marketing preferred.
- Experience in calibration, testing labs, ISO consulting, industrial products or services will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- good communication in Gujarati & Hindi; basic English for emails and proposals.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel in Vapi–Valsad belt (two-wheeler required).
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, CRM).
