Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
• Conduct site visits with potential clients
• Present project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer database and sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with customer dealing experience
