Marketing & Sales Executive – Frozen Meat Industry

Sky Foods, a leading chicken processing and frozen meat production company, is looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the meat or frozen meat industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and promoting Sky Foods’ range of frozen chicken products across the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for frozen chicken and meat products.
• Identify new customers, dealers, and distributors in retail, wholesale, and HORECA segments.
• Regular field visits to collect orders and study customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with production, cold storage, and logistics teams for order execution.
• Track competitor pricing, market movement, and demand trends in the frozen meat sector.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage sales documentation, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of sales/marketing experience specifically in meat or frozen meat industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of frozen meat products, cold-chain operations, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Should be target-oriented with field marketing experience.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp reporting).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
